It’s so important for leaders to be able to enroll others in their vision and mission and today’s guest is an expert at teaching others to do just that…

Eiji Morishita is the founder of the Movement Makers movement. His whole mission is to empower 1000 leaders over the next 10 years to start a movement that will impact millions of lives.

He has been personally involved in the growth and popularity of the sushi movement. His family owned one of the original sushi restaurants in the United States, and it was his marketing genius that bought Sushi to the mainstream.

He has also been one of the critical turning points of ideation for the Hug it Forward movement, which is a movement that allowed people to build 100 bottle schools in Guatemala and if you don’t know what a bottle school is, we are going to find out today.

So he’s advised dozens of business leaders to start their own movements and his clients and the movement makers community have been featured on the New York Times bestseller list, the today’s show, Ted and many, many more.
